Also, you introduced the plot of this story and some features in this story. Those are very useful! My question is: I found that at first the author wrote Dobie Gillis stories for various humor magazines, then collected them as a book. I wondered the reason why Shulman chose Dobie as the name of his novel’s main character for many stories not just one story?
