There is a quote from your presentation:"The unexpected ending not only satirizes Dobie's arrogance, but also satirizes that for mammonist, even love is related to material things."

I want to know what is mammonist in your opinion? And "love is related to material things" reminds me of a famous line in Tiny Times :"Love without material things is nothing but sand" (I don't deny that Tiny Times is a faliure) But such concept of love , life or future indeed is in most of people's minds. Do you think that money (wealth) is the foundation of everything in life? How do you distinguish if someone is a mammonist?
