本课程是高分子材料与工程专业的模块课中的课程设计课。工艺设计的基础主要以《聚合物生产工艺设计》讲授的知识为基础，对"悬浮法PVC树脂生产车间的工艺设计"的聚合工序、絮凝工序、水洗工序、干燥工序的设备、管道、塔、进行计算。然后在进行设备布置、管道布置进行设计。使学生完成学会工艺计算、设备计算、会完整、准确地画出工艺流程图、管道仪表流程图、设备布置图及管道布置图，会编写设计文件等书面语言。This is a curriculum module design course for these undergraduates whom major in Polymer Science and Engineering.
