思想道德修养与法律基础 本课程是国家教委规定的大学生必修课，是国家和社会对大学生进行社义道德教育和法制教育，帮助大学生增强社会主义法制观念，提高思想道德素质，解决成才过程中遇到的实际问题的课程。要内容适应大学生活、理想与信念、爱国与人生价值的实现、道德修养与职业道德素质的培养、法律意识和法神，主要目的在于提高大学生的政治素质、品德素质和法律素质。帮助大学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值成长为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义建设者。培养学生良好的法律意识和法律观念，努力办事，自觉运用法律来规范、约束自己的行为，履行公民义务，运用法律来维护自己的合法权益，运用法一切违法行为作斗争。做一个知法、懂法、守法和善于传播、运律的高素质公民文法学院开课。This course is stated as the compulsory course for all the college students by the Ministry of Education，which is the socialist moral education and legal education from the country and society. This course can strengthen students’ sense of the socialist legal system, improve their ideological and moral attainments, and help to solve practical problems in their lives.The main contents include: adapting to college life; ideals and beliefs; patriotism and the realization of human values, the cultivation of morals and ethics; legal awareness and spirit of the law. The main purpose is to improve the political, moral and legal cultivation of students, help them form a correct outlook on the world, life and values, and enable them to grow into be mature citizens with ideals, ethics, good education and discipline. This course also helps students build up their legal awareness, inspires them to observe disciplines and obey laws and encourages them to apply the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
