本实习是在完成有关基础课及部分专业课的基础上，重点到轮胎厂参观学习。通过参观学习轮胎的整个制造过程，了解和深化认识橡胶制品在生产过程中的原材料、配方原理、工艺过程及加工原理以及所涉及的橡胶加工设备和工厂配置情况。使学生进一步联系生产实际，将已学过的知识加以巩固和提高。在实习期间，安排有关橡胶纳米复合材料、绿色轮胎、胶带、电缆等专题讲座，拓展学生的知识面。In this course, the students will visit a tire factory to understand the whole course of the tire production, including rubber raw materials and recipe mechanism, plasticizing and mixing process, extrusion process, calendar process, tire structure and forming process, vulcanization process, and production of the inner tube. Some lectures on "Green tire", "Rubber belts", "Rubber cables", and "Rubber nanocomposites" will also be given to the students in order to extend their knowledge in the field.
