本课程是高分子材料与工程专业的核心专业基础课。课程系统讲授聚合物工程的内容与发展、聚合反应工程及设备的基础知识和基本概念、聚合物制备工程的生产组合与实例、介绍连锁聚合和逐步聚合常用的聚合实施方法、工艺选择原理、设备选择原理、系统的优化,并按三大类合成材料(合成树脂、合成橡胶、合成纤维)分别讲授具有代表性的聚合物的制备原理、工业化生产中工艺与流程等内容。通过学习,使学生初步了解现代聚合物工业生产的概貌,掌握聚合反应工程的基础知识,掌握各种聚合实施方法及其基本原理,了解、掌握三大类合成材料中代表性的聚合物的制备原理、生产工艺。This course is one of the fundamental courses for undergraduates in the discipline of Polymer Materials and Engineering. It teaches the principles of the process for the manufacture of polymers, the fundamentals of Polymerization Reaction Engineering, the principle of the mechanism, the evaluation, and selection of the process routes and equipment of the process for the manufacture of polymers, and the optimism of the operation according to bulk polymerization, solution polymerization, suspension polymerization, emulsion polymerization, melting polymerization, solution polycondensation, interface and solid polymerization respectively. The process of manufacture of some typical polymers selected from three kinds of synthetic materials (synthetic resins and plastics, synthetic rubbers and synthetic fibers) will be presented to provide students with background information about modern polymer industries and some typical processes of polymers.
