本课程是高分子材料与工程专业本科生的核心专业课,属于工程学科,主要以流变学为切入点,讲授聚合物共性加工方法、原理及工艺,内容包括聚合物加工流变学基础理论、混合与混炼、挤出成型、压延成型、注射成型及最新成型技术进展等,通过理论教学与工程应用紧密结合,培养学生分析和解决工程实际问题的能力。 Polymer Processing Engineering is a key professional course for undergraduate students majored in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Based on the rheology knowledge, the method, theory and process of mixing and blending, extrusion, injection molding, calendaring molding and the development of polymer processing are introduced in this course. Combined the theory knowledge with the engineering practice, this course try to help students to improve their ability to analyze and solve the engineering problems.
