课程介绍

本课程是材料科学与工程本科专业金属材料方向的核心课程,主要围绕着金属及合金的成分、结构及性能的变化规律,重点介绍金属与合金的晶体结构、相图与结晶、塑性变形与回复再结晶、热处理原理及工艺,以及常用金属材料成分、热处理及力学性能等方面的知识;该课程既有金属物理课程的理论延伸又有金属工艺学的实际应用背景。材料科学与工程专业学生通过所学的金属学及热处理的基本理论和基本知识,去指导金属材料的生产及科研,解决金属及合金材料在使用中所遇到的问题,充分发挥金属及功能化合金材料的应用潜力。This course is a core curriculum for the Material Science and Engineering undergraduates specialized in Metal Materials. It mainly revolves the composition, change rule of structure and performance of metals and alloys. Furthermore, the course introduces crystal structure, equilibrium diagram and crystallization, plastic deformation and recrystallization, heat treatment principle and process of metals and alloys, as well as the composition, heat treatment and mechanical performance and other aspects of common metal materials. This course includes both metal physical course theory and practical application of technology about metallic materials. The students who major in Materials Science and Engineering can use the basic theory and basic knowledge of physical metallurgy and heat treatment to guide the studies on the metal material production and scientific research, solve the problem in the application of metal and alloy materials and exploit the application potential of metals and functional alloys.
