本课程是面向高分子材料与工程专业弹性体模块的学生开设的既有一定理论知识又具有较高实践技能要求的一门课程，其目标是使学生获得橡胶制品典型加工设备及模具设计的基本知识。课程教学内容包括：（1）橡胶工业现状和弹性体制品的种类及用途；（2）通用橡胶机械的用途、种类、结构、性能、主要参数及工作原理；（3）橡胶制品设计的一般要求和规律及制品生产工艺流程；（4）橡胶模具的组成、分类、结构设计原则、模具材料及热处理、模具使用与保管。The course is designed as a specialized core course to the students of elastomer module, polymer science and engineering. The main aim is to enable students to obtain the necessary knowledge of rubber machinery and rubber mould design. The content of the courses is comprised of the following details: (1) Present state and perspectives of rubber industry, classification and application of elastomer products; (2) Application, variety, structure, properties, main parameter and operational principle of common rubber machinery; (3) General principles of rubber products design and production procedures of rubber products; (4) Design of rubber mould, including the composition and classification of rubber mould, basic principles of rubber mould design, design of rubber die mold, fundamental principles of rubber injection mould and rubber extrusion die.
