《化工过程与系统设计实践》是化学工程与工艺专业,化工工程实验班的实践环节必修课,以提高化学工程与工艺专业学生分析与解决复杂工程实际问题的能力为目标,突出对学生进行基本设计能力的训练。在化工设计实践环节中,学生运用所学知识,根据设计任务书完成一定生产规模的工艺设计,利用传统和现代先进设计方法,进行工艺计算、设备选型、物料与热量平衡计算和流程模拟,完成设计说明书,运用绘图软件绘制工艺流程图、工艺管道及仪表流程图、设备平立面图、设备工艺条件图、工艺设备一览表、工艺设备数据表、物料平衡表、工艺管道一览表等。通过化工设计实践环节,学生将具备一定的工程观念、实践技能和化工设计的能力。 Chemical process design is a compulsory course for practice in chemical engineering and technology aiming at improving the student’s capability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems. This course emphasizes training of basic design skills. The students use their knowledge and convert a process concept into a set of units that can be used to build a functional plant of certain capacity. Using traditional and modern advanced design methods, students conduct process calculation, equipment selection, material and heat balance calculations and process simulation, and complete the design documents. Process flow diagrams (PFD), Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID),Equipment layout diagrams (floor plan and elevation),Equipment diagram of process conditions, Process equipment list, Equipment process data sheet, Material balance sheet, Process piping list were drawn by using drawing software. Through this practice, students are supposed to possess engineering concepts, practices skills and capability of chemical process design, and able to bring a design to reality.
