本课程是应用化学、化学类专业选修课,属于化学/化学工程与技术学科。主要讲授X射线衍射技术、电子显微镜技术、电子探针分析、能谱分析、热分析技术、光谱分析技术、核磁共振谱技术、X射线光电子能谱等研究方法及这些方法在材料研究中的综合应用。通过系统阐释各种表征方法的基本原理、测试方法与仪器操作、样品要求、谱图分析等,使学生能够对固体材料研究中常用的分析与表征手段有较全面的认识,能够掌握材料的组成、形貌、结构等基本表征方法,理解材料表征方法对材料研究与新材料设计,以提高学生对今后深入理解及运用这些知识进行科研工作的能力。 This course is a basic course/professional course in chemistry. This course involves the common testing techniques or characterization methods of materials, including X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, electron probe analysis, energy spectroscopy, thermal analyses, photo- spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy as well as the comprehensive utilization of a variety of methods. Through the system basic principle of interpretation of various characterization methods, testing method and instrument operation and sample request, spectra analysis and so on, so that the students can of solid material that is commonly used in the analysis and characterization methods have more comprehensive understanding, to master the material composition, morphology and structure of the basic characterization methods, such as understanding material characterization methods of materials research and new materials design, in order to improve the students understand and use these knowledge for the future ability to engage in scientific research work.
