生产实习是重要的实践教学环节，是继认识实习之后的又一次重要的工厂生产实践。对于培养学生运用所学专业理论紧密联系生产实际，进而提高分析问题、解决问题的能力具有重要意义。通过现场实习教学和仿真教学两个阶段地学习，使学生进一步建立复杂工艺系统及其构成单元过程的实际工程意识，提高本专业的工程实践能力。Advanced Practicum is a key course of practice teaching and other important practice activities of factory production after cognition practice. It is of great significance to train students to take chemical engineering theory into production activities and hence to increase student’s ability to solve and analyze practical problems. During both teaching practicum of production and simulation, students establish practice consciousnesses of complex process system and unit processes in chemical synthesis and possess engineering practical ability.
