随着社会经济的快速发展和人口的不断增加,突发性环境污染事故和重大公共卫生事故时有发生,给人类赖以生存的生态环境造成严重的污染破坏,同时也给人类的生命财产带来巨大损失。因此研究突发性环境污染事故的预防、监测探明突发性环境污染事故和重大公共卫生事故的主要风险因子并研究预测主要污染因子比如有毒化学物质有害有机物、重金属、环境激素等的危险度、污染物质扩散规律研究、消减机制研究源分析,对于应急处理处置及善后工作,建立快速高效的应急反应管理系统和事故抢险反应机制、最大限度地预防环境污染、减少生命财产损失极其重要。通过本课程的教学,使学生正确理解影响人类环境健康的因素。 With the rapid social and economic development and population increasing, environmental pollution accidents and major public health incidents have occurred,it causes serious environmental pollution and damages to human ecological environment.
