煤化工工艺学是能源化工专业的专业基础课。该课程重点介绍煤化工领域主流工业技术的基本原理、工艺路线和关键设备,包括煤低温干馏、煤炼焦、炼焦化学产品的回收与精制、煤气化、煤间接液化、煤直接液化、煤制电石、煤制碳素材料等。该课程旨在为培养具有煤化工研究、开发和设计能力的专门人才奠定基础。Coal Chemical Technology is a course for the fundamentals of Energy Chemical Engineering. Based on the main technologies involved in coal conversion processing, the course mainly introduces: 1) principles, furnaces and technologies for coal pyrolysis; 2) coking principle and coal blending in coking process, modern coking ovens and new coking techniques; 3) recovery and refinery of coking chemicals; 4) principles and reactors of coal gasification, and various coal gasification technologies; 5) principle and technologies of indirect coal liquefaction; 6) principles and technologies of direct coal liquefaction; 7) Production of calcium carbide; 8) production of carbon-based materials; 9) new coal chemical technologies. Students will obtain the knowledge of coal chemical technology and chemical reactor theory, and have the ability to design and develop coal chemical engineering and technologies.
