本课程主要任务是使学生掌握化工生产中的关键过程-化学反应过程的基本理论和知识,培养学生具体分析、计算和解决化工生产中有关化学反应过程的实际问题的能力。Chemical reaction engineering is a bridge to the achievement of chemical production from lab to industry. The emphases of this course are to introduce chemical reaction engineering, the design of chemical reactor and the principles of engineering scale-up, and address the theories of "three kinds of transport processes and one reaction" in chemical industry. It is a core course in the chemical engineering. The main contents of this course include homogeneous and heterogeneous reaction kinetics, ideal flow reactors and their operations, non-ideal flow and models, the effect of mixing extent on the chemical reaction, and solid catalyzed reactions, etc.
