通过粘接来实现特殊功能的例子无处不在,上至飞机、太空情况特殊、卫星及宇宙飞船,下至潜艇、煤矿、输油和输水管道,远至原始文明的岩画、弓箭、古建筑,近到现代生活的保息领域。从自然进化的植物、动物、微生物,都有依靠粘附获得生存本能的例子。因此涂料与胶粘剂是人们认识、掌握、制造并应用的一类重要的高分子材料,也是由于近代科技发展需求的结果,已经成为现代工业不可或缺的材料,甚至成为现代科技发展的瓶颈。 本课程全面介绍涂料与胶粘剂的基本知识,使学生初步撑握涂料与胶粘剂的粘附原理、性能特点、固化成膜原理、结构与性能关系,初步了解在航空航天、电子封装、新能源、高铁、汽车等领域的应用及发展动态。内容分为四部分,第一部分(前二章):介绍分类及粘附基本原理; 第二部分(第三至四章)介绍涂料和胶粘剂的基本性能及评价方法; 第三部分介绍各种类型的涂料和胶粘剂; 第四部分介绍涂料和胶粘剂的功能及应用领域。该课程对聚合原理、材料力学、表面物理与化学等领域知识亦有介绍。Examples of special applications through bonding are everywhere, from sky to underground,such as in airplanes, special space conditions, satellites and spaceships to submarines, coal mines, oil and water pipelines; from acient to modern lives, such as rock paintings, bows and arrows and ancient buildings of primitive civilization, and to the interest protection field of modern life. There also many adhesion phenomenaphenomana in plants, animals and microorganisms. Therefore, coatings and adhesives are a kind of important polymer materials that people know, master, manufacture and apply. It is also the result of the development needs of modern science and technology. They have become indispensable materials for modern industry, and even become the bottleneck of the development of modern science and technology. The primary purpose of this course is to provide the basic knowledge of coatings and adhesives, including adhesion fundamentals, relationship of properties and structures, curing and filming, and application in different fields such as in aerospace, electronic packaging, new energy, high-speed railway, automobile and other fields. The contents of this course are divided into four main parts in 6 chapters. The first part (Chapter 1 and 2) is an overview of adhesion fundamentals and categorization. The second part (Chapter 2-4) deals with the properties and related evaluation methods. The third part (Chapter 5) describes various adhesives with different curing types and the principle for compound formulation. The forth part (Chapter 6) is devoted to practical and industrial applications of coating and adhesion technology, giving special attention to the functional properties and the application the related fields. Knowledge of polymerization, mechanics of materials and surface physics is also included in this course.
