本课程是应用化学，药物化学，制药工程，生物化学专业高年级本科学生的选修课程。课程系统和深入地介绍现代有机结构理论，有机化合物结构和反应性之间的关系。《中级有机化学》从分析有机化合物的结构出发，来掌握经典的有机化学反应机理，通过对机理的深入学习和理解，初步实现预测未知反应的结果和设计新反应的目的。强调对有机化学知识的贯通理解和掌握，提升分析解决问题能力。 The course is designed as a selective course for senior students in applied chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering, and biochemistry. The course focuses on the theories of organic chemistry and the relationship of the structure and reactivity of organic compounds. In the course, starting from analyzing structures of organic compounds, grasping classical organic mechanisms. After learning and understanding deeply on organic mechanisms, realizing the aim to predict the outcomes of unknown organic reactions and to design new organic reactions. The course focuses on the understanding and grasping throughly on organic chemistry knowledge and improving your ability to analyze and solve problems.
