本课程属于高分子专业基础实验课,包括高分子化学实验和高分子物理实验两部分。高分子化学实验包括绪论课、4个验证性实验、1个综合性实验、2个研究性实验和1个计算机模拟实验,主要内容包括本体聚合、溶液聚合、悬浮聚合、乳液聚合、熔融缩合聚合、阴离子聚合以及大分子的化学反应,要求学生掌握聚合物合成原理及聚合实施方法。高分子物理实验包括绪论课、10个验证性实验、1个综合性实验,主要内容包括高分子溶液性质、热学性能、力学性能、流变性能的测试,聚合物结构分析与表征等,要求学生掌握聚合物性质测定和常规表征方法。本课程在1学年完成,分为高分子科学实验I和高分子科学实验II。The course is an important basic experiment course of polymer science .It is composed of the experiment of polymer chemistry and that of polymer physics. The experiment of polymer chemistry comprises introduction,four verifying experiments、one integrate experiment、two research experiments and one simulation experiment. Its main content includes the synthesis method of polymer, such as bulk polymerization、solution polymerization、suspension polymerization、emulsion polymerization、melt condensation polymerization、anionic solution polymerization and the reaction of polymer. The students should grasp the polymerization mechanisms and preparation methods. Analogously, the experiment of polymer physics includes introduction、ten verifying experiments and one integrate experiment, elaborating on the analysis and characterization method of the polymer, such as solution properties、thermal properties、mechanical properties and rheological properties. The students are spposed to grasp the general characterization of the polymer. The course is designed as a one-year course. It is made up of Polymer science experiments I and Polymer science experiments II.
