课程介绍

本课程包含利用AutoCAD软件绘制化工工艺流程图和Matlab软件进行科学计算及数据处理两部分内容:1.化工工艺流程图是从事化工产品与过程开发的人员的一种必不可少的工具和交流语言,本课程讲述化工工艺制图的常用表达方式和采用AutoCAD软件的绘制流程和技术,以满足化学工程与工艺专业学生制图和阅图的需要。2.科学计算和数据处理是化学工程领域的科研和工程技术人员经常面临的问题,本课程讲述Matlab软件的基本原理和应用,包括绘图、方程求解、插值、数值积分和微分、优化设计、曲线拟合和数据分析等,为化学工程与工艺专业的学生提供一种分析和解决问题的语言和工具。AutoCAD and Matlab will be introduced in this course. 1.Based on AutoCAD software, related knowledge concerning Process flow diagram (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagram (PID) will be taught, which will be useful for students when they are going to read or draw PFD and PIDs in the future. 2.It is really necessary for chemical engineers to do scientific computing and data processing and present graphics in their research or work. Matlab software is a very good tool for such applications, and it has been widely used in process engineering. The basic principles of Matlab and its typical application in chemical engineering will be shown in this course, including figure plot, root of nonlinear equation, interpolation, numerical differentiation and integration, optimization, curve fitting, and data analysis.
