本课程是化学工程与工艺类专业及相近专业的技术基础课,属工程学科,其主要内容是研究化工生产中流体流动和传热过程的基本原理、过程和设备的计算方法、典型设备构造及性能等,强调用自然科学原理考察、解释和处理工程实际问题,以培养学生分析和解决工程实际问题的能力。This is a basic course of technology and belongs to engineering subject, suitable for undergraduate students in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Environmental Engineering and other interrelated specialties. The content included in this course are: the basic principles of mass transfer process in chemical industry, the calculation techniques about the process and its equipments, the configuration and performance of typical equipments in this process. This course tries to investigate and explain the phenomenon and shows how to solve the problems existing in the process of chemical industry. This will make students have the abilities to analyze and deal with engineering problems in this field.
