现代电信交换（Modern Telecommunication Switching） 当今信息化时代，交换技术是互联网、移动通信网、固定电话网等各种通信网的核心技术，因而本课程也是通信与信息类专业具有特色的、必不可少的重要的专业基础课程，是构建通信专业背景（理论和技能）的关键课程。 课程以现代通信网络与交换技术的发展为线索，详细介绍现代通信交换技术的基本概念、特点、功能、工作原理、实际应用方式及发展等内容。 课程内容包括：交换的基本概念、信令系统、数字程控交换、移动交换、智能网、分组交换及软交换等。不仅限于教材，还包括部分国际知名网络通信运营商及设备制造商如华为、Cisco等员工技术培训内容及部分通信企业员工招聘考核内容。教学内容先进、实用。始终跟踪交换技术发展的最新进展而每学年会略有调整。 旨在让学生掌握现代通信网络与交换技术的基本概念及原理，为从事通信及相关专业技术领域的研究开发或技术服务工作打下坚实的专业基础。 本课程为通信工程、电子信息工程等专业高年级本科生的专业课，以当今通信网络主流技术为主，早期技术为线索，以现代通信网的基本概念为基础，从各种通信网络的技术背景和应用定位出发，着重介绍各种通信网络的体系结构及关键技术。包括：通信网络和技术的发展背景、趋势及基本概念； PDH与SDH传送网技术；信令网、同步网和管理网等支撑网络；智能网与现代移动通信网络技术；接入网与宽带接入网；软交换与下一代网络(NGN)等。教学内容还融入了国际知名厂商如华为、Cisco等技术资料，内容先进、实用。This course is the specialized course for senior undergraduates whose major is electronic information engineering, communication engineering, and others. The content which based on the basic concept of modern communications network, is mainly about the today’s mainstream technology, and takes the early technology as clues. From all kinds of communication network technology background and application of positioning, it focuses on describing the various communication network structure and key technology. The main contents include the development background, trends and basic concepts of communication network and technology, PDH and SDH network transmission technology, the support network such as signaling network, synchronized network, management network and etc, intelligent network and modern mobile communication network technology, technology of access network and broadband access network, and the soft exchange and next generation network (NGN), etc. The teaching content is also includes some R&D information which from some famous companies such as Huawei, Cisco, and etc. So the content is advanced and practical.
