生物工艺学(Biotechnology) 采用双语教学,对生物加工过程的基本原理包括反应器设计,发酵参数检测,产物形成代谢基础,动力学模型,生物过程传质,过程优化;对生物加工过程的具体应用过程包括发酵食品、生能源、重组蛋白和工业酶制剂等进行分析,强化学生生物化工过程放大中需要的基础知识和技能,提高结果工程问题的能力。生命学院春季开课;预修:CHE2160E,CHE2440E。
